You know, this trip up here tonight means a great deal to me because I spent some time

in Minneapolis drinking, you know, I was employed at the Mayo Clinic in a prominent position

and proceeded to drink myself right out of it and I did a lot of it here in Minneapolis.

I think it's marvelous that you're honoring the one-year people rather than us old bags

I couldn't help but think when this young lady got up what I did on my first anniversary.

One of the things that I feel very strongly about celebrating tonight is my brother's

52nd anniversary.

He is dead now but on my first anniversary he was sitting right down here in the front looking

expectantly at me when I got up to receive my emblem and I had wanted to make an impression.

After all, I'm a professional and I've got brains and so forth but I don't know where
