Just to get down to the facts of the program, you know, this is the best thing that ever

happened to me in alcohol, because, you know, I know what happens to people like us.

The reality of alcoholism is it's not a period of ditcher, you know.

And, you know, by the grace of God, we're given a program, and it's delayed right at our

feet, and it's just, I guess, being desperate enough to pick it up.

And that's one thing we all came in, you know, everybody came to their first meeting,

so did I.

And, you know, the first time I came, I wasn't desperate enough, but I did get some information

because you guys had the truth around here.

You have the book, and you have the facts about alcoholism, see.

Before I came here, I just had what you all have, and all my buddies would tell me, and

I'd tell my buddies or whatever.

And I'd get stuff like, you know what you did last night, right?

You know how, when you get that, you don't want to hear what you did last night.

You know, it's not good.
