Let me just start off, my god what an honor it is to get to come and do this.

I just didn't really realize what this was going to feel like, you know, we, Julie and I

have had the opportunity to speak at some different meetings and do some different things

at different places and it's always a fun, it's a hoot.

I tell you, I gotta be honest with you, I was a little overwhelmed by the welcoming

that we found here in California, I was, Julie was on her knees praying in the bathroom,

like a good drunk, you know, and I went back into this cafeteria and just kind of got overwhelmed

with gratitude and I'm starting to tear up and I'm on my knees and I thought, God, somebody's

going to walk in and see me, you know, one of the speakers is losing it, you know, I was

like, you know, trying to pray, but look out the corner of my eye, make sure you don't

need a crazy, crazy people stuff, but I just, I just can't tell you enough how honored we

are to be here and to be a part of not just this workshop, not just this thing, but this fellowship,

this program is a huge deal, it's a huge deal, now I wouldn't have told you that six and a half

years ago, you know, I wasn't delighted to be here, you know, not my story, so I'm going to

briefly tell you a little bit about me, just a little background and kind of qualify myself
