| 0:42.3 | And they just don't have a playbook for this shit, you know? And they don't know that you can do anything. Because when you're a kid, dude, we're all like, we could do anything. And it's just the external world that convinces us that we can't. And once you unplug yourself and unprogram yourself from that way of thinking, like you have and like I have and like people that are listening to this, you're in the process of it. |
| 0:50.2 | Once you do it, you realize that the scariest thing that you can do, the number one way that you can fail is creating a vision that's too small. |
| 0:55.1 | Welcome to the Rich Summers Report where we talk real estate, business and wealth building all while keeping it real. No fluff, no BS. I hope that you enjoy the show. |
| 1:04.9 | All right, guys, welcome to another episode of report today. I got someone who I've actually seen three times now in the last three weeks. I was just speaking at his event down in Cancun, the second time on a podcast, and he's coming to a Trulam Retreat. I got my man, Brian Lubin, back in the building. Let's go, Brian. How are we feeling today? Feeling good, man. We're feeling international. We're feeling international, baby. You got a new girlfriend, too? Got a new girlfriend. Wifed up, wifeed up. |

| 2:17.3 | reality i think we're actually going to make a more AI, with more virtual reality. I think we're |
| 2:18.2 | actually going to make a shift back to more in-person. So I think concerts, like in-person events, in-person networking, in-person meetups, and in-person events in particular like this, because it's like, it's the energy that you're getting while you're actually in the room. We've thrown five events, So now we're planning our sixth right now. |
| 2:35.0 | And so it's not only the energy from being in person, but it's those hot tub conversations. It's those conversations at the bar. It's like somebody makes a comment. And you're like, whoa, like what are you doing in your business? It's just that interaction, man. It's that contact. And then that's what gets the ideas going. That's because the juices flowing. I agree. Man. The in-person stuff is where it's at. It's the networking opportunities, the partnership opportunities. And often, like, one good nugget would be $100,000 of value. Two good nuggets is $200,000 of value. The value you get at these events is insane. And I always say, surround yourself with winners. |
| 3:08.7 | Quickest way to level up your life. Surround yourself with winners. |

Don't listen to people closest to you. |
