I am really excited to share with you an easy way to feel good, spending absolutely zero dollars.

And it's something that you can do right now no matter what do you ever

especially if you work at home do you ever full prey to kind of like staying in your pajamas or just

putting on some old lounge wear putting your hair in like some form of bun and then just getting on

some errands, maybe you kind of just go about your day, maybe even do meetings, casually, simply

putting zero effort into how you look. I get it. I think we all do this. I certainly do it a lot

because I do work at home. But I've been doing something called

errand dressing this year and I love it. You know, it's interesting because during lockdown,

I think a lot of us, you know, we started to feel all sorts of things, right? Anxiety, depression.

I mean, the research is very clear on what this did to ask globally.

But I noticed, one thing that I noticed personally was that I started to feel kind of old.

I started to feel like, you know, looking in the mirror, this doesn't just feel like me.

And so one commitment I made to myself was, even during lockdown, I'm not stopping

or pausing my rent the runway membership. I'm still going to continue to rent clothes, even though

there's nowhere to go, even though it's only me that sees them. Even though it's me in the mirror,

my husband and my dog that sees what I'm wearing, I'm going to keep up with it because I know

how I feel when I look like
