I'm delighted to be here.

Can you give us a brief overview of your career?

And what led you to where you are today?

Yeah.

So I have always loved other people's stories and understanding what got them where they are. And so in my first career iteration, I actually started work for the government advising on sex and death. Over the

years, even though I was in one of the most prestigious graduate schemes in the UK, I knew I didn't fit.

I became curious about what is it that makes for the right work, the right design of person put into the right role.

And I started to explore that from a variety of angles as a coach, as a consultant, working within

organizations and freelancing. Gradually, over thousands of conversations with people as a career

coach, I felt that I nailed it down to four key elements that made the biggest difference in people's

career. And that became what I described as the career equation. About seven years ago, I left

corporate life to set up a startup around the equation to really solve this problem for people.
