I mean, I think you've been involved with us for, what, six, seven years, something like that, correct?

Yeah, I was trying to figure it out this morning, and it seems like it's been forever, but at least six years, maybe seven.

And our paths originally crossed because we were back in the, you know, when the market

exploited, we were the first in the marketplace to start teaching agents how to do, you know,

this is stress stuff, and that's where we originally met. But you were doing, you were

actually, you were in real estate as a successful agent even prior to the market crash,
