Welcome back. This is Tim Harris and we are interviewing today, Mr. Eric Erland, and this is part of the

It's good to see you. So my background. So I have been in the industry, the real estate industry, for over 30 years. I didn't do a whole lot when I first

graduated from college, which was way back in 1984. I graduated from UCLA. What I became very good at

was playing beach volleyball. And it wasn't until I was 30. And I was marrying into a family where my

I had a great run in residential real estate. It's the first time in my life, Tim, that I really had success. And I just, I really had a very, very high level of success.
