get letters referencing it all the time Eric is a really inspiring person the amazing thing to me is that he refused to allow anyone to knock him off of his vision,

but he didn't only sort of say to himself, well, I'm right, they're wrong.

He kept trying new approaches.

He kept going further.

He kept digging deeper.

And it's that rigor that he applied that speaks to me.

The determination is one thing, but determination combined with this unrelenting

willingness to push himself further, to try harder, kind of blows me away.
