Hello, everybody. It's Reed Tracy. Welcome back to the You Can Heal Your Life podcast.

0:13.4

Today I'm joined by a brand new hayhouse author, Eric Adams, and his book is called Healthy

0:21.0

At Last, a plant-based approach to preventing and reversing diabetes and other chronic illnesses.

0:28.8

How are you doing, Eric?

0:30.1

Hey, good to speak with you, and I'm really excited about this conversation.

0:34.3

At Last becomes the fruits of the harvest that will allow other people to move towards

1:38.6

a more nutritional and wellness, because the book talks about more than just overcoming

1:46.1

a chronic disease. It really digs into wellness in a simple, non-complicated way. And I

1:53.8

can't thank hayhouse enough for leaving and seeing a vision and just really, you know,

2:00.8

attempting to get this message out.

2:03.0

Yep. Can you tell everyone a little bit about your background? I know you were a police

2:07.9

officer and now you're the Brooklyn Burrow President and kind of how your health crisis

2:14.8

came into your life like a little bit about what happened.
