This one is just in the nick of time because today's question is what are some tips to help stay on track during this this labor day coming up and

While I will say like there are definitely some tips and things you can do and stuff like that like

whenever I used to read like you know how to stay on track during Christmas or

Thanksgiving or like shit like that I'm like what if some people just don't give a

shit and it's like I'm not condoning that but like if you want to take one day just kind of do your thing like I don't think it's going to be the end of the world like just like one day doesn't get you shredded one day won't make you fat or fuck up all your progress. So like the first things first is like one day is not going to kill you.

So if you do end up quote unquote over doing it,

don't be an asshole to yourself because one day doesn't make or break you.

But for those of you who do want to try to stay on track

while you go into this holiday weekend,

So the first one is gonna be,

if you know you're going to a barbecue later on and you're going to dinner later on or whatever it is like

save some calories for that barbecue for that dinner so you can quote unquote

over-endogs a little bit and what I mean by that is like if say you're eating

600 calories a day or 800 calories, whatever it is.

Like, if you're eating 600 calories and normally by dinner time you have say 1,200, well, this dinner time,

save yourself like 800 calories or 900 calories.

Like, save yourself some more calories.

So eat a little bit less during the day to save up for that quote unquote overindulgence
