I haven't gotten this sick in a long time. Like, I had a couple, maybe three months where I was getting sick every couple of weeks, but I think that was just allergies. This time, it's for real kicking me in the butt. And I can't, you know what? I lost taste. I can't even taste food. Oh, you might have got the vid. The what? COVID. Oh, COVID. Nobody calls it that. Do people call it that? The vid? I think so. The so. I just never heard that. I've never heard that before. The vid, bro. It's probably what you got. Yeah, I don't know what I have, but I'm pissed off because I can't taste my food. So it is what it is. But it's fine. I'll be fine. Yeah. And we could be scheduled if you need to. No, it's fine. I'm great.

So I'm getting a ton of that.

I get, like, on average, probably about an hour and a half of deep sleep per night, which is, like, very, very good.

And then somewhere around, like, two to two and a half of deep sleep per night, which is like very, very good. And then somewhere around like two to two and a half hours of REM sleep as well.

And I noticed like I'm not moving. So this has been really interesting. So I think I told you this. When I go to bed, I like have one pillow here, one pillow here. But usually when I wake up, it's like fucking all over the place. When I wake up now, dude, these pillows are exactly where they fucking started. Like I don't move. It's very interesting very interesting. Very interesting.
