I hope that you were having a great day thus far. I'm really excited for this podcast because I think it's something most people struggle with and most people have a hard time drawing the line between discipline and restriction.

So in this podcast, we're going to talk about how to set rules without hating your life.

Because I think for most people, it's not that you have a discipline issue. You have a restriction problem disguised

as discipline. So versus you thinking you need more discipline, it's more so that you need to have
