I hope that you are having a great day thus far. In this episode today, we're going to be talking about what if you could eat more food, burn more calories, and feel better all while improving your body composition. Well, that is something

0:26.8

that is possible. And the topic that we are going to discuss today is called the G-flux effect.

0:35.7

Some of you may have heard me talk about this before, some not, but I'm going to talk about

It's about essentially the magnitude of intake and output.

1:51.5

So as an example, if person A is eating 1,500 calories in burning 1,800 calories, That would essentially be a lower G-flux.

2:05.8

I'm not saying it's bad if you eat 1,500 calories.

2:09.2

I'm not saying this should be your calorie deficit, but that's a lower energy flux.

2:14.7

Whereas person B, maybe they're eating 2,500 calories and they're burning 2,800
