Well, it's official.

I am going on a calorie deficit.

My first day, I'm starting, and I'm going to talk about

everything in this podcast. I'm going to talk about what exactly I'm doing, you know, with my

nutrition, with my cardio, with my workouts. I'm going to talk about why I'm doing the calorie

deficit. I'm going to talk about my starting, you know, kind of like body weight and things of that nature. And I'm going to just basically talk over everything here.

I'm going to document everything. And for those of you who have been following me for a while,

you know that about once a year, I do one of these what we call mini cuts. And for those of you

who don't know what a mini cut is,

all I mean when I say that is just it's a short period of time, let's say, four to 12 weeks

where you go on a calorie deficit and you are very, very consistent, damn near perfect when you're going on one of these mini cuts.

And so that's what I'll be talking about in today's podcast.

And I want to start just by kind of talking about why I'm doing the calorie deficit
