She moved to the U.S. from Puerto Rico.

She kind of talks about different beauty standards and health standards from that

But she also actually talks about what her fitness journey has looked like since pregnancy.

there's a lot of women who either have been pregnant, are currently pregnant, or will get pregnant

again. And so she talks about, you know, kind of like the mental side of pregnancy in her

fitness journey. She talks about the physical side of her pregnancy and fitness journey.

And I don't know that we've really talked about this a ton on the podcast.

And so I was actually really, really excited to have this conversation with her.

Because I think a lot of people, especially women, need to hear this conversation talking about what your body can and can't do and how your body looks now versus how it looked before versus how it'll look after.
