In today's episode, we're going to be doing the ultimate guide to the pre and post workout

nutrition. What should you be eating pre-workout? What should you be

eating post-workout? Do you need a protein shake right after your workout? What about

muscle soreness and just overall results and it was funny when I first started coaching people in person back in oh man

where in 2024 I started coaching people back in I think like 20, 2016, 2017, like somewhere around that time.

There were so many of my clients that were not eating before or after their workout because at the time a lot of my

clients you know we would train at let's say either five or six in the morning or

we would train at like nine ten 10, 11 a.m.

And either people just hadn't eaten because it's super early

and then afterwards like they were getting ready for work

and getting their kids ready for school

and all that sort of stuff

they've been working and just haven't eaten thus far so I think it's an area that I think a lot of us can improve and I think it can also
