And I say welcome back to myself because today is my first podcast back in the state of Virginia.

I just landed about an hour ago. I got home, did some, you know, put some

clothes away and now we're here recording the podcast baby. I ordered my food. That's a staple

maybe just a weekend where you maybe didn't, you know, do the best.

You always got to set yourself up for success right and so I

made sure and actually my coach Mary did this as well but I made sure I

ordered my instant cart from the grocery store to make sure that when I got home,

I don't have any food right now. I haven't been home in two fucking weeks, and so I have no food in my fridge.

But I made sure, you know, in about an hour the food is going to get here I'll have all of my

regular foods I will cook all of my regular foods and I'm right back on track with my diet

post being in Florida for two weeks having the clubhouse retreat all that

fun stuff and so it's a little hack for you I've talked about that before in

the podcast but just so you say it again if if you are traveling, make sure you know, you set something up,

whether it's you're going to the grocery store, whether you're getting it delivered, whether it's, you know, you order it ahead of time,

maybe you could even do like, you know, you know, what meal you're going to order out when you're home.

You know you can you know whether it's DoorDash or UberEats a certain thing that you know is going to help you stay on track.
