A very good day thus far. Again, this is day two of my D-load week. If you've been listening to the

podcast recently, I'm taking a D-oh week and I am loving it loving it

and it's funny because you know this is coming from somebody who actually loves

training like I don't like you know building muscle is cool or losing body fat is cool or whatever but like just the act of training

I love training and I love pushing myself and I love pushing hard and I don't take it lightly. I really do push myself.

And like, this is, you know, I'm excited to have this D-L-week

and I'm excited to have these workouts where I can kind of take a step back

for a bit because, I mean, even again, again this morning today going into the gym I was

like thank God I have a D-Lo day because I'm just not I'm not ready to push it

yet like I'm just I'm just still a little bit tired like it's just just not there mentally and again going in and

doing the workout like I just wasn't you know I could feel the weights just felt heavy again and you know I was doing

lighter weights but like I could just tell I was not in the right frame of mind to really be pushing myself and I would say number one that that comes with two things

Experience an ego because I know earlier on in my career. There's just no way my ego would have let me do this this week
