doing well. Listen, easily getting in these like 12,000 steps a day with this new kind of

0:20.2

of like routine I'm doing. So just a very quick update on kind of like my routine so

0:23.8

obviously I have I had six weeks left of my mini cut if you know for those who are

0:27.5

following I have six weeks left and I've really I really wanted to make a conscious

0:32.1

effort to increase my steps because that was one thing where again I don't I don't like doing a ton of cardio I don't want to sit in the gym and walk on the treadmill I don't want to sit in the gym to the stair stepper like if I have to cool but like if I can just get my quote-unquote cardio through steps

0:47.3

That's kind of what I I like to do and so for me what I've done is so I wake up at about 6 a.m. and then I answer emails for

0:54.2

about an hour and then I go to the gym and I work out. After that workout I'll

0:57.8

come home shower up, eat, do those things. About 9 o'clock I get to

1:01.0

answering emails again. Normally before these change so this is kind of the

1:05.5

change I've made normally I just sit on my you know sit on my ass and answer emails which is you know that's fine

1:11.6

most people do that I don't mind doing that, but this makes

1:14.7

it very hard for me to get steps because if I'm just sitting on my computer answering emails

1:18.8

and I'm not getting steps. So for me, the biggest thing I've done is, from, taking from about 9 to 10 30 or 11 sitting on my butt answering emails I'm now outside walking around my apartment complex around the street around nature I'm getting outside and

1:33.8

walking this for this hour and a half two hours now and that's like a that's a lot

1:37.9

of fucking steps especially for like that's a lot of steps especially for me

1:40.9

when I wasn't doing that beforehand so I mean I like it's it's two o'clock right now and I've already got 12,000 steps and it's like I haven't I haven't like tried super hard I haven't done anything very differently as opposed to simply just changing the fact that when I

1:54.9

set time to answer emails I'm blessed and lucky in the sense that I can answer emails on my phone.

2:00.0

Like these phones we have are absolutely amazing.

2:01.8

So I can answer emails on my phone,

2:03.7

go outside, walk around, get some steps in.
