Welcome to The Lost Debata show for political eclectics. I'm Robbie Gupta. And in a little bit,

we're going to hear from Carter Sherman, who is a journalist who wrote a book called The Second

Coming, Sex and the Next Generation's Fight over its future. It's all about Gen Z and younger

millennials and just trends about sex within that generation or those two generations,

going from everything from dating apps to pornography to sex education. And so we'll hear from her in a second. But before we get there,

some news from the past week. Obviously, we talked about Epstein last week. There's been some

reporting since the Wall Street Journal had this story.

I think that dropped at the end of last week.

It might have been Friday, July 17th, whichever date that is, that alleged Trump wrote a,

as they call it, body letter to Epstein, which was included in an album assembled by Glein.

I think I've been saying Gislane, Glein Maxwell for Epstein's 50th

birthday in 2003. This was a typewritten letter arranged inside a sketch of a woman's nude silhouette

with a signature that sensibly is from Trump that would have been where the pubic hair was.

And the letter had some cryptic things in it, like, happy birthday, and may every day be another

wonderful secret, which seems almost designed to stoke the conspiracy theorists out there.

Trump responded by saying that the letter is fake, and he wrote on truth social. These are not my words,

not the way I talk. Also, I don't draw pictures. Our friend of the pod who's been on here many

times, Isaac Saw from Tangle wrote the following. He said, Trump has a well-documented history of

drawing. This may seem kind of silly, but a key part of Trump's and his surrogates denials is that

he would never send someone a note, including some kind of a doodle.

Donald Trump Jr., for instance, said, in 47 years, I've never seen him doodle once.

Give me a break with fake journalism.
