When you are yourself, you are more in tuned with what you put into your body and how it feels in your body.

Let me give you a little bit more specifics on that. Like I've said before, I did

diets and eating disorders for 10 years. I've tried everything, every pill, every diet. I was a binge eater, I was a bulimic, I was anorexic, you name it, I did it. And here's what the difference of my nutrition

and my relationship of food when I was true to myself and when I wasn't being myself was. The main

difference was when I'm not myself, I don't care about myself. I don't care

what I put into my body or what I don't put into it. And I don't pay attention

to whether I'm over you or under any because I'm more concerned about how I look externally

and what I'm judged by other people versus my actual

health.

So the difference is when I actually am being myself, I have a more authentic and genuine care about my overall health and happiness.

And so when you're invested personally and you realize that and you're able to connect that everything that you put in your

mouth affects your body and your health, it's a lot easier to care and invest in

good health nutrition choices.

It sounds so simple, but if anybody out there has ever dieted or ever blown a diet,

or ever eaten and felt guilt, then you know what I'm talking about.

If you're, when I what, if you're harsh on yourself and you're not true to yourself,

it's easier to do an obscene diet that should be just absolutely outlawed. By the way, sub-note, diets, if you look at the word diet, the first three letters are dye, D-I-E.
