Actually, it's not a say heart attack, we don't want a heart attack.

So this week I invited a very good friend of mine.

She's somebody that I've always admired and I met her right in the beginning journey

of getting close to God and stuff.

And I was going through a really particular weird phase where I was trying to figure out

what it is I wanted to do.

And I was going through a really hard time and I remember like, he was always this person

I was like, unapologetic herself and she was a mom of four, she was living her best

life.

I mean, everyone appears like they're living their best life but she was always a very

optimistic person and I remember I was going through like a rut.

You ever had that kind of friend where like you might not hear from in a while but then

they'll reach out to you and then I'll always come through you at that moment or like

whether that'd be giving you advice or like show up for you.

It was like that.

He was always that person that like would message me and I'm sure to her was like, well,

let me just check on other but for me was like she was like, you know, messaging me and

she was asking about me at a time where I felt like, you know, like I needed to talk to

somebody and I had a very and he has always been like for like that for me.

So I mean, if he had this for me, you know, I know she's going to do that for all my listeners.
