sticky little mitts on some marathon talk technical teas. Tom what have you been

doing? Wow what a load of stuff. Well, I have been absolutely loving my running.

I've really kind of fallen out of love with it after comrades. I was naked and exhausted,

and I just wasn't in the mood for getting out for a run.

And you know we talked ages ago about the press-ups and we said, God, you never forget to go out for a run,

do you? Although we always forgot the press-ups.

I don't actually kind of started forgetting to go out for a run.

And for me, that's a for me that you know you've

really you've kind of fallen out of love with it temporarily and it's but I've

taken it really easy coming back I've promised myself no more than six runs a

week no more than an hour I've touched over the hour a couple of times but pretty much that and I've really

really enjoyed it so I'm absolutely loving it. I'm kind of the slow road to recovery as it were.

The cross country at the weekend, first cross country this season,

absolutely loved that, had a really good race and talking about embracing running.
