Summary

We have a nerve that starts at the base of our brain and connects to every major organ. It’s called the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve impacts our level of safety in the world. When we’re safe we feel calm, peaceful, and at ease. In this episode, you’ll learn how to feel safe by creating what is called “glimmers” throughout your day. This is a must listen for anyone with a history of trauma or chronic stress.
