So today marks part three of the and the last part actually of the ex-files series.

We're going to be talking about working through that feeling of I'll never find someone

like them again.

Because how many of us can relate to that where we're so sure that that person we were

with or that person we thought we were going to be with or whatever the case where like

this was the one.

They were supposed to be the one.

I don't understand why this isn't happening or why it's no longer happening whatever

the case is for you.

And sometimes there can be even a feelings of depression or you're just, I don't know,

losing your motivation, you just really feel like you've experienced a loss so deep that

you don't know how you're going to go on.
