Today you're listening to episode 97 and I'm talking with Des Linden.

Des has been a bucket list guest for me, basically since I started the show.

So I was so grateful when my friend Mary connected me with Des's agent Josh and we set this

all up.

So big thanks to Mary for supporting me in that way and big thanks to Josh for setting this

episode up.

So though, Des needs no real introduction.

If you are familiar with distance running in our country, let me just tell you a little

bit about her.

She's a two-time Olympian in the marathon.

She was the runner up in the Boston Marathon, the Chicago Marathon and the US Olympic Trials.

She holds a personal record in the marathon of 222.38.

Des is hungry for the win in one of these big marathon.

So it's going to be so exciting because this year in 2018, along with so many other talented,

professional women runners in our country, she is going to be toeing the line at Boston.

So it's going to be so fun to cheer for her and I'm super excited because I'm actually

going to be in Boston.

My husband's running though I don't think he will run as fast as Des.
