Hi, everyone.

It's Sally Clarkson and I'm so happy to be with you today to be able to do a podcast

with you.

And normally I have some friends with me or I have Chris and Kills, my wonderful friend

and partner in doing my podcast.

But as many of you know, we have had so much trouble recording and having our computers

work.

And so I thought maybe today until we get everything fixed up that I would just spend

some time talking to you about why I'm excited about the podcast today.

Today on my blog, I am announcing and putting up a launch page about my newest book called

the Life Giving Table, Nurturing Faith Through Feasting, One Meal at a Time.

And I'll be telling you a little bit more about the book today and just how much I've

realized over the years that eating with my children is always going to be happening.

If you look at a child's average life, it's 18 years usually at least at home, three times

a day people eat 365 days a year.

And when I added that up, I must have been at a really tired point in my life earlier
