episode of the Hello Sydney podcast here, a podcast for horror lovers where we discuss any and all

june it is finally warming up here in new england if anybody can relate and you're like in a place where

it's not warm all the time this is like a pivotal moment of the year so we've we've made it we've made

it out of the cold for now what What have you guys been watching? I watched

Bring Her Back this past week, which like, it was good. I unfortunately like overhype

usually kills movies for me, especially when it comes to like A24 movies. And again, I know I say

this all the time. And I'm not trying to sound like a hater. I guess I kind of am a

hater, but like,

I just always have the same feeling with the exception of Heretic. Like, that's the one movie I fucking loved. But like, anytime an A24 movie is released and it gets super, super, super fucking

hyped, I'm like, oh my God, people are saying it's a scariest movie. It's so disturbing. It's so disturbing, it's so good, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I go into it and I'm just like, oh, that was good. Like, that was fine. It was the same way I felt about talk to me. And I guess that's

kind of my problem for listening to the hype, but it's hard to not. I don't think it was bad.

I just don't think it was phenomenal. And it took a really long time for me to get into it. Like literally the first half, not even half, the first hour or more of the movie,

I was like not invested at all. And I'm like, when is this going to pick up? And it did towards the end,

but it was good. I gave it a seven and a ten overall, mainly because like the cinematography was beautiful.

It is a really, it's a really nice movie to look at. So I don't know, check it out. I think like I understand why a lot of people are going to love that movie and I get why people are also going to hate that movie. I'm kind of somewhere

in between. So I don't know. Check it out. Let me know. See for yourselves because, you know, as I

always say, like, we can like what we don't like what we don't like it. That's fine. So I can tell you guys this now because I

couldn't tell you last episode. So I was supposed to go to Monster Palooza and that ended up getting

canceled because I got to fly out to Canada and visit the set of ready or not to. Guys, I can't

really talk about it. You know, like I obviously signed NDAs and shit, so I can't talk about
