we have to talk about commissions. Why do we charge what we charge and why does the buyer's

agent charge what they charge and who has to pay who? And I think people are very interested

in that. And it got me to thinking,

if you're on the sale side and you're paying a realtor

to sell your house, what exactly are you paying them to do?

Because a lot of folks these days are feeling like,

hey, AI is gonna just be able to step in

and start selling houses.

I think AI is gonna be able to step in already is and helping. I think AI is going to be able to step in

already is in helping people buy homes. I think you'll still need a real estate agent. But on selling

a home, I think after people see this graph right here, people are going to understand it's going

to be tougher for AI to do this. What do you got? Well, so I made this chart today. It's in the spirit of do you even lift, bro. Like, what do you even do? I think there's a sentiment, as Don said. We've had a client before that was like, I'm going to pay you $1,000. And it was like, okay, never mind. I'm not going to do that because they have no idea of the scope of work. So if we...
