Today you're listening to episode 95 and I'm talking with Lauren Floreze.

This is one more, one last CIM edition of the podcast.

I was so excited about all of the amazing runners and women who accomplished great things

at that race that I grabbed a bunch of interviews right after the race.

So this will round out the last of my three CIM interviews.

Lauren lives in California with her daughter and her husband and she has recently decided

that she's going to run really fast in the marathon.

She just ran a 244 qualifying herself for the Olympic marathon trials at CIM and she's

had a really great marathon progression.

Her PR before this race was 306.

So yeah.

Lauren runs for Rabbit Elite and she is also a cross country and track coach.

Along with she coaches runners herself on her own online platform.

It was really fun to get to know Lauren more and to catch up with her post race and see

how she's feeling after accomplishing such a big goal.
