I'm your host Lindsay, thank you so much for being here today.

Today, we're listening to episode 94 and I'm talking with Chris Lauren.

I've been following Chris and friends with Chris on the internet for probably four or

five years now and this past weekend, Chris ran a 242 marathon at CIM and I was so happy

for her along with so many other people that I know were genuinely happy for her.

She has had a really strong marathon progression and over the past couple years she's dealt

with some injuries and things like that and so this race that she just completed was a

really big breakthrough in a long time coming so we were all so happy for her and as soon

as I saw her results I was like I have to get her on the show so I'm really honored that

she took an hour of her time to talk with me and it was really fun.

This is one of those fun episodes where it's somebody who I feel like I've been friends

with them and known them for a really long time and then I actually had the opportunity

to talk to them for an hour on the phone so this is pretty awesome.

This is also the mother of three.

She has boygirl twins and then another son just 17 months underneath the twins and then

her husband is in the Navy so she's done a lot of solo parenting especially when her

kids were little and her husband had to travel a lot and just somebody that I really admire.

I admire her so much so so excited to share this episode with you guys and I know you're

going to love her as much as I did.
