I'm friends, welcome to another episode of That Sounds Fun.

I'm your host Annie F. Downs, and I'm so glad to be here with you today.

Happy August, as you know, I'm kind of taking a little bit of a quieter month.

That's when I go on vacation.

So we will have a couple more episodes for you this month, and then we'll be taking

the last couple weeks off.

And singing to us in the background for one of the last times before we switch tunes

is our buddy, Mr. Dave Barnes.

Make sure you check out his newest album, really any of them, but he is an amazing artist

and a good friend of the show.

And today on the show, one of my really good friends, a woman that has been in my life

for six or seven years now, Christy Wright.

Christy is a personality at Ramsay Solutions.

So has her own book called Business Boutique and lots of Business Boutique events that

you, if you have been to one, you have seen me there because I am also at all the Business

Boutique events.

So at this point in the calendar year when I'm getting ready to take a couple of weeks

and rest and kind of recoup a little bit, Christy was the right voice to come in and talk

to me about how do you run a business well and how do you learn to rest well.
