Zeman. How are you doing Zeman? I'm doing great. Had a nice workout feeling really good for an old guy. So you know it's one of those things when you when you get past 50

you know you the little things that are making you happy that you can still

like, you know, exercise and walk without, you know, go up a set of stairs without losing your breath.

So I'm feeling pretty good. Well and also if you're at all

planning on living past 60 you make the time for that exercise at least as much as you can in today's world but

I've just started putting it on my schedule and that's pretty that's pretty much

the way I get it done. Yeah I mean that's the way I look at it is that I'm not, you know, I'm well past the age where I care about looking buff or that kind of stuff.

It's, you know, I joke around about being an old guy and all that stuff.
