Good morning, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the women-inspiring women podcast.

And today I am coming to you live in my disgusting, gross, sweaty post-workout self.

Because I did not have the time. And those you that follow me on social media know that I am always dressed and ready to go at 8 o'clock

in the morning. Hair is done. Makeup is on in my office, doing my thing once my kids get off

to school. But I've actually been in California, in Irvine, actually,

for the past couple of days at a summit event. It's called the Impact Summit. It was hosted by

Kijabi, which is where I house my community and my courses for the company that I'm a co-owner for Sheik Influencer. And so we were there

over this past weekend to learn more about how to effectively launch products and

best practices and all sorts of great stuff. Plus, we got to network with some great people.

And it was also a way for me to bring back all of the things that I have learned and to be able to bring that to even my network marketing side of what I do to help my team to grow with best practices in social media.

I cannot tell you how strongly I feel about investing in outside training, not just what your

company offers you, not just what is locally, but invest in going to seminars and conferences
