Well, good morning, everybody.

It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and I am back from vacation.

And I would say I'm just about back to 100%.

Still struggling a little bit with that post-vacation jet lag is what I'm

going to call it. You know, last week was such an awesome, awesome week. And if you follow my

Instagram or my Facebook, you saw that I was on a rewards trip with my family that I

earned through my network marketing business. And as much as I

would like to call it a vacation, it was very much a work vacation. It was sort of 50-50. And so we

sort of came back with that brain fog, that sort of tiredness of, you know, just meeting up with

everybody and being up early and staying up late

and doing all of the things. And so we really spent the weekend kind of recharging our batteries.

And it's Tuesday. And so I'm working really hard at getting back into the flow. But, you know,

on today's episode, we are going to talk about something that I get questions about all the

time. When I post about this specific topic on my social media, it is the, I get the most
