We'll begin in Child's Pose.

So if you can take a comfortable position on the floor, hands and knees,

and just very sweetly sit your hips back onto your heels,

widen your knees a little bit to accommodate your torso,

and just set your forehead down on the floor floor or maybe stack your fists or your hands.

Let's just begin with five deep breaths, releasing your day, your morning, releasing into the floor

and into your body.

It's so important during our day to just take a pause, check in, and feel our body,

feel our breath, move around, start to feel healthy and whole, taking a break from our workday.

So let's just take another deep breath in and a long, easy exhale out.

Then we'll begin to move.

Inhale, come onto your hands and knees.

And on your exhale, stretch back into downward-facing dog.

Knees lift off the floor, hips up and back, start to send your heels down towards the ground.

And take five slow breaths in downward facing dog.

Inhaling through your nose if you can and exhaling through your nose.

Deepening the breath on all four sides of your torso, feel the breath in the back lungs,
