We're in the in the waning hours or well, that's not totally true. We're, um, let's see. You know what? It's actually I believe today is Wednesday Thursday.

Oh, all right, because we're not coming back until Tuesday. Right. That's why I got up. So what is today Thursday? How's that for confusing listeners?

On tape listening in the future, you were just told it's actually yesterday. Sorry about that. Um, it's Thursday. We're we're almost at the end of our of our vacations.

I'm on a cruise right now. I may be Thursday might be the day. I'm actually getting off the boat and going to this wedding, which I'm the witness of by the boat.

Which I feel like can't boat well for anyone. I hope so. I don't know. I've got a checkered past with these things. You know what I'm doing today. What are you doing today flash?

I am hosting Ross in Burbank without Ross or Burbank. Oh my gosh. That I may have to get on. I'm going to get on the Wi-Fi from wherever I am and and go to my Northwest.com and listen to that. Are you nervous about that?

Well, I'm it's you and Tom Tangney, right? I think so. I've been told that that's who it is. Okay.

I'm not as nervous. Tom and I have actually done the show together before when you were on TVTL. Um, the the program director of Cairo kind of gave me a little talking to about how it cannot be TVTL.

So it's important that he said it's important that anyone listening can join the conversation. It cannot be too inside. It cannot have.

So I'm he obviously had listened to TVTL at some point because he knew about that about that. That stuff. Well anyway, we're we're not we're not leaving you guys without any wonderful audio content.

What we've been doing is the last a couple of weeks playing some of our favorite bits from the TVTL archives. And we've also been taking you through the top 10 ingredients that go into making TVTL.

These are the things that that we come back to again and again and again as as topics as ways of talking about topics.

Things like Kanye West 30 rock 80s music. The New York Times are Christian schooling casinos. And we are now at the idea of radio as therapy.

Jen once said to me this was early on in the life of TVTL. She said I have a fairly modest ambition for this show. I just want us to cure world loneliness.

But well, if you know, if we do that, I guess I guess we'll have really accomplished something. And I think I thought that you were being not silly, but I didn't think there was any chance of that happening.

I will say we have we maybe haven't solved global loneliness, but in terms of the tens of listeners, some of whom are now married to other tens have made really close friendships like Heidi and Shana and Minnesota.

We're going out together now, socially, completely outside.

San Francisco's got a group of folks too. So not to not to to our own horn, but we do feel like that that's actually happened.

But the point is TVTL has has been a place where it's it is therapeutic to people. When bad things happen, when bad things happen to us, it's it gets worked out here.

And I mean, have we been doing that since that like did we did we do that in the earliest days or did we did that seem too weird to us? Was that a thing that evolved do you think?

I think that it it evolved, but I think it started right off on the first night, you know, we we did the interview with the gentleman who wrote the book about Celine Dion.
