really special guy that I've gotten to know over the last couple of weeks. His

name is Jason, Jason Gritzer, and I'm not going to make this intro really long.

Here's the bottom line.

Jason's story is my dad's story with one big difference.

Jason survived addiction. My dad did not.

I'm really eager for you to hear this conversation with

I think this is a podcast that's been a long time coming. I've got

Jason Griteser with me on this episode of Off Air with Carmen and I'm trying to

Yes. And I don't know if your wife Jen who's in the room. I don't know if your wife Jen, who's in the room, I don't know if she submitted

it for a Joy story, maybe? I'm not sure. Okay, she's shaking her head and no, so tell me.

So I think it was about a year ago.

Okay.

My wife and I both had the opportunity to share our testimonies at our church.

Okay. And they videoed them and so afterwards, Jen, my wife, thought,

let's send yours over to Carmen.

And it was kind of a shot in the dark.
