Oh, we're rolling already. Hey, Chris, I just got back from buying a bunch of steaks at the grocery store on sale. You're a Costco man. You love them Costco steaks, don't you?

that said it has to be grass fed, you know, it's going to be better for you. Even today, I was interviewing Charles Poliquin, who's a guy I really look up to, and he was telling me today, like, it's the quality of the meat. You know, it's all about the quality of meat. And then I asked them, and he said, you know, realistically, like, when you break down quality of meat, the only thing he's really talking about is don't eat processed meat. But he's like, other than that, like, everything's kind of fair game. And it's really interesting when I hear you talk about it because I hear the difference not being that great. And so, like, I'm pretty far away from my goal that I want to get to. And so I don't think it's that important for me to eat grass-fed steak at this point. I don't think it has to be that. Well, I mean Costco, I mean, those steaks taste good, man. They got, I mean, I'll tell you my girlfriend actually, the company she works for, she sells stuff to Costco and they're pretty tough on their product control and their quality. So you know, you're getting good quality stuff.

worth, it really is amazing, but it's not worth that much more money. It's not $200. Yeah, that's crazy. Hey, so Chris Bell, for you guys that don't know, Chris is a outstanding documentary filmmaker,
