Each week I'll review one entry in the bibliography of Stephen King

and the chronological order of publication.

And this week, what I am doing, I'm not reviewing anything by Stephen King.

I am using the recent It Welcome to Dairy first season on HBO as a

springboard for a fun little exercise to talk about possibilities within storytelling and

what we can do. And I'll get into that in a second.

But first, I just wanted to welcome anyone who is joining us for the first time here at the Stephen Kingcast.

I know that in the year of 2026, entertainment is so prevalent. And there's so much information at us at all times, whether it's scrolling through social media, whether it is just a slew of different shows on multiple streaming services, going to the movies, watching television, and podcasts. And I am just a drop in

an ocean. So for you to take the time to listen to this little podcast, this little podcast

that could has been chugging along for over 10 years. Thank you. Thank you for taking the time to

all things related to Stephen King. I really, really appreciate it. So if you're tuning in for
