0:39.0	As I mentioned before, Doug Horn was the chief analyst for military records at the Assassination Records Review Board. And to my knowledge, he was the only person associated with
0:44.8	the ARRB that wrote extensively about the JFK assassination after the time that the board wound down.

0:56.8	Board is incredibly insightful, and it fills in the blanks on many of the things that we've
1:02.4	been speculating over as we listened to the audio tapes from the ARRB proceedings, many of which
1:08.6	were recorded with him in the room. and as the ARRB undertook truly
1:13.8	the last official government review that has been undertaken related to the assassination.
1:19.9	It's now time to pivot away from Stringer in this discussion, but we still have an obligation
1:24.5	to understand a little bit more about Floyd Reby.
1:28.3	We know that there were major conflicts in certain elements of Stringer's accounts
1:32.1	and certain elements of the accounts provided by this man Reby,
1:35.8	the photography student in attendance that night at the autopsy,
1:39.7	the man who was assisting Stringer.
1:41.6	In our last episode, you heard much from Reby that emanated from
1:45.8	an earlier taped conversation between David Lifton and Reby. It was more than 20 years after
1:52.4	that taped conversation that Reby would once again address these same topics in front of an
1:58.1	official government body. By the time that Reby made his way in front of the ARRB lawyers, his story had migrated
