Summary

Episode 86 is a special wander and tribute to my son Alec who died of a drug overdose at the age of 25. Today, February 26th, 2022 is the fifth anniversary of his passing. He would have been thirty years old this year. It's also a tribute to my father who lived a healthy and long life of 95 years and who passed away a few years ago. And lastly, its a tribute to sweet baby James who inspired me to share my grief with you because....as the song go...

1:03.6	son, Austin. We can't escape it. No matter where we are on a day like this, because you see, it's the fifth anniversary today
1:13.1	of the passing of my oldest son, Alec. For those of you have been on the journey in this podcast
1:19.1	from the very beginning, you've heard me make mention of Alec a number of times. It's a day of pause
