I'm sitting here with two guests, two co-host George and Matt. Hello George. Hello, Mike. Hello. Hey, so I want to talk about a couple things we got going on because this week is a busy week.

Besides the podcast we're about to kick off here in a little bit with Matt and George on health and nutrition.

We also got a the border slash toy run that we're doing here with Travis underscore team full craft gun food fighter Mike underscore team full craft and J G from white knuckle syndicate.

We're filming this whole big thing where we're going down to Tim Foley's place of filming the situation on the border.

We're documenting everything showing the pre plan load up phase of going down there and then showing how you you know convoy and do all the things that we do in preparation for the worst case scenario like the cartel kidnapping us or trying to interdictus.

And then we're hitting the road to Anaheim, California will where we will be with Orange County Overland doing a toy drive toys for tots drive giving toys to children who are neat and that's a big big deal for us along the way we will be stopping at periodic places asking for people to donate money via at Phil craft on our then mo page and also will be doing a lot of things that we can do.

We'll be picking up those toys and then meeting up with people who want to meet up and donate toys as well while we make our I think it's a six hour seven hour trek to Southern California to be their Sunday which is the ninth at nine a.m. to be able to give back to impoverished kids so yeah we're going to film this whole thing if you guys want to be part of it we're filming it and it's going to be really exciting footage.

sort of like survival fitness stuff we have at Phil crafts survival fit on Instagram but we get asked a lot like hey what do I need to prepare

myself physically for special operations for the worst case scenario and as soon as I went back on the keto diet I just started

plugging stuff and people are really interested in it and there's a lot of science and there's a lot of experience needed to

outline the understanding of the keto diet because there's a lot of miss and dis education and information out there that's

uh steering people in the wrong direction and so I did a podcast by myself on live feed on Facebook Instagram and then the podcast itself and talked a little bit about

kind of the the status of our country and and how we basically don't eat real food anymore we just eat fake food and so you know a big

conglomerate of fake crap that we put in our bodies which is affected our overall preparedness as a nation but also our

health and if you look at our health and the um leading cause of death which is heart disease in America uh

second leading cause of death is cancer it could all could a lot of it could be tied to what you put in your body
