Hello and welcome to a brand new ArsBlog arscast right here on arsblog.com. How are you? Hope you're well. Thank you very much indeed, as always, for being here. It all feels a bit sort of breathless and non-stop at the moment,

doesn't it? And that is because there's a very simple explanation for that. It's because it

is breathless and non-stop game after game after game, barely any time to recover in between.

You play in a Sunday, then a Wednesday, then we're playing again on Saturday morning.

There's a lot going on.

And what went on last night was a 2-0 win for Arsenal over Brentford to extend or re-establish the lead at the top of the Premier League to five points after Manchester City had won the night

before.

So we're going to delve into all of that, as well as that,

because of the way the schedule is, normally after every round of Premier League games, we do a podcast

for our Patreon members called The 30. It's just really difficult to fit that episode into the

schedule today. So what we're going to do is obviously talk about the Arsenal game, but myself and Phil

Costa, who does the 30 with me over on Patreon, we're going to talk about some of the Premier

League games, some very interesting results this week.

Liverpool held to a draw at home by Sunderland.

Chelsea, well, we were told they were title contenders.

They might well be, but after a point

against Arsenal, everyone was talking about Chelsea, Chelsea, oh, look how good Chelsea are. And then they

went to Leeds and lost last night, 3-1. So there's plenty to get into in this particular episode.
