Sunday recording this week, which is a mixture of the fact that Arsenal are playing again on Tuesday.

So recording on Monday when there's press conferences and open training sessions and, you know,

a game coming so quickly, we felt we'd get this out a little bit earlier. And it just so happens my wife and daughter are out anyway. So what better thing to do with my time than to record a podcast for you lovely people and doing that with us as ever is our co-host Jamie Spanger. Jamie, how are you doing? I'm good, Tim. I'm good. I've been better, but three points is three points. So I'm happier than I've been over the last couple weeks. And I think that's something. Also, the Aussies just smashed the English in the ashes. Very excited. I've literally been a cat potato all weekend watching football. We won't speak about the Premier League. It doesn't exist this weekend. but Formula One everything, I just feel like my old, like my old man. I feel like my father.

So, yeah. We won't speak about the Premier League, doesn't exist this weekend, but Formula One, everything,

So, yeah, I'm positive forgetting the fact that men's football exists.

Yeah, we were just saying off mic, I listened to Aston Villa's stoppage time winner going during Gareth Taylor's press conference, which was slightly chastening because I wanted to punch a wall or cry or something, and I had to kind of sit there poker face, which was, you know, which was not my favourite way to experience that moment, but then again, there isn't a good way to experience a moment like that. But anyway, that's not what we're going to talk about. We're going to talk about an Arsenal team that won a game 2-1 with a late goal from

Stina Blackstenius.

And I want to start actually, Jamie.

I'm going to kind of mix things up a little bit and start with the Friday press conference,

which I thought was really interesting for a couple of reasons.

Now, first off, let's deal with the first thing.

I asked René about Daphne Van Domsler,

who'd been omitted from a second consecutive Netherlands squad,

and Chloe Kelly, who went off for England on Wednesday night,

and she said that neither of those players are expected back before New Year.

We don't have a longer time frame on that than that at the moment.

I suspect with Van Domslor, it won't be much longer.

Then that, Chloe Kelly, I think, is a bit of an unknown.

Rene said it was a ligament at the back of the knee.

...
