And an outcome that really defies complication in the sense that you might, as a sophisticated pundit, say, okay, Republicans lost by double digits, top of the ticket in Virginia. That's because they had a poor candidate in Winsome, Earl Sears,

couldn't raise money, just was underwhelming in all respects. But in New Jersey, they had quite an impressive candidate. And Jack Ciderrelli also loses by double digits. You might say,

as the president said, oh, it's the government shutdown. That might account for the wipeout
