Because there is this strange feeling that because of the corona crisis,

many people tend to forget this other systemic crisis.

But many observers have already stated that it's not because we have a global pandemic still ranging in all corners of the world,

that the climate change urgency has suddenly become less urgent.

And although it's somehow understandable that complete societies and policymakers alike are focused on getting the coronavirus under control,

some climate experts have rightfully noted that the clock is still ticking.

If we do not address this climate change crisis efficiently and urgently,

it will mean that for the generations after us,

the corona crisis of 2020 might look like a children's game,

compared to the disruption of the climate system and thus also ecosystems being out of control.
