But I think that first decision is always the most important and I think that's what keeps us stuck and I think when we hold on to not doing it right when we procrastinate we start creating this like fear around the decision where

it we become more and more afraid.

And so like the decision to do something now becomes like this giant monster,

it's the shadow cast by our own hand and I think the reason why she came up with the five second rule and her role is basically we've got five seconds before when we feel the gut the instinct or wanting to do something

It takes about five seconds for some less for fear and limiting beliefs and your insecurities and all the reasons why it's not going to work and self-doubt and all of that to come in right and I think like

It's like tear gas when SWAT is raiding a house a drug house. It's like tear gas where that stuff comes in that

quick and so her whole thing and she has a great story about how she was at one of

the lowest points of her life and on TV I think was on TV she saw

a rocket ship right she saw NASA she saw the the space shuttle going into the sky and

for her what clicked was I'm going to be and I know it sounds

ridiculous but you know what this is this is what made her career she said that I'm going to be a rocket ship

I'm I'm going to actually just jump out of bed before I'm going to trick my brain

So before I start having self-doubt I'm going to get up and you know go to the gym or do whatever whatever she needed to do and so the next morning
