all to, to choose their highest level of engagement.

So it's rare that we pick authors to talk about our most passionate topic, but there is one

that rises to the cream of the crop that I think nicely compliments Franklin Covey's own point of view and his name is Daniel Koyle.

You may know Daniel as the New York Times best-selling author of the phenomenal book, The Talent Code. He's just written a new book called

The Culture Code, The Secrets of Highly Successful Groups. He lives in between Alaska and Ohio, where he serves as a consultant with the Cleveland Indians.

He also is a contributing writer to Outside magazine, best-selling author Daniel Coyle,
